I amtrying to stay h ealthy - by eatting even healtier food and by continuing to exercise as much as possible.
I also am trying to tell other physically injured people about my book. I am a walking quad and hopefully some of the stages I worked/fought through might help others.

The book is on Amazon under author Pamela Henline, title WALK, DON'T RUN.

I have just read a blog by a walking quad who lost that ability after 15 years. I am concerned about all of us losing ufnction as we age
