If a state doesn't allow studded tires u must remove them thou u will return in a week where they do. So, each Dmv should issue a 30 day out of state placard before you go. And reflect state entering. Ok , so labor .. or many states .. flag it so a cop can find u declared such vs a stolen car or someone that moved from Washington state that pays $35 for any kind of car registration. Nv is outrageous. My neighbor has a van with Calif plate . I've lived in home since 2008. They were here already . See my point.

I'm a quad. I drive a nice van I paid ?65 k for. I pay close to $600 each year for state registration. I feel my taxes paid qualify me to request the dmv across the united states be revamped .. pull all disability tags.. plates. Free to replace if..if .. valid current certification is received by a physician specializing in the said disability. Not all doctors cert should be accepted. A family doc.. come on. If your obese and this is your excuse than a specialist should be seen to separate the couch lovers from the valid illness. I don't sit around lol. I worked on student loan deferments.. to defer on a disability it clearly states what is acceptable and the guarantor does research it. Doc license is on the line not just a doc fearing he will have to keep hearing his patient pout they can't walk up to the store.. but they can walk for hours inside it and carry out bulky items lol. Look at sams clubs .. Costco . Tape it one day. Ironic to me is the numerous people using a temp placard.. expired. Or modified. Or out of state thinking it can't be checked.. it can. The cars they use of a disabled person. Thinking they can use the disability parking thou it wasn't intended for any ole driver or passenger. Dmv .. I personally got paralyzed by a screw up 2004. I flew many places trying to get back something. 2005 my old drivers license was expiring. I didn't want to let it go. I had no ability or car I could drive. Upon getting disabled I got two placards issued to me by the Dmv. I only needed one. It's illegal to leave hanging on mirror while driving. So, why two .. only one of me. Well, July 2005.. I went to Dmv. In my wheelchair by bus. I expected i would be told I can only get a Id . Nope. They were happy to take my higher fee. I just said I needed to renew. I had no special endorsements. Clearly wasn't pushed in. So, I get my new license. I can drive ! Lol. Sure I can. I took a class. Lady came to my home testing my full body .. like all should. Including foot responses . Eye etc. Determined I can't drive passenger cars. Only accessible vans. She then gave me lessons in her van. I rocked by the way lol. Used her van at Dmv for a test. I missed one thing on driving road test. 35 in unmarked zone lol. Knew no school coming up. So, I passed. Got a new license. With endorsements.. left foot accelerator .. tripod to steer. Etc. Had no car. Lawsuit still dragging. 2008 settled. I bought my van first lol. Dmv. I went back.. get disability plated. Placards I can't hang . No request for my old placards. None. I could've given them away etc. Still have them in my safe. I went last year to pay registration. I asked why nothing gets done to those that violate parking in accessible spots when not. She explained cops can. Though I've heard so many excuses. She printed a letter for each placard I had. She was surprised I didn't have it. It's required. On it, stAtes my placard # .. my name etc. If someone used it.. was doubted any official could ask for Id and this letter . If a different person in car .. car gets towed. Not just cited. Here's the problem. It's not enforced. Cities cry for money. Seek speeders to qualify for state and federal money. Parking of handicap must be included to get cops and businesses to enforce it. I've heard.. its private property.. its a casino in city jurisdiction. Dang motorcycle blocked my van by parking in the white lined area. Not handicapped either. I even took a end spot. No one legally can move it I'm always told by business security and cops. Meaning back my van out so I can get my ramp down. No do. Guy can't be found. Over an hour .. no bike removed thou I called cops because the business told me I had to lol. Had a state nrs # on my handicap spot.. remember .. he was illegally parked too. Cop arrives 5 min after bike is gone. Conveniently. Cop said.. thou I had pictures he would've had to seen it. Lol. Most calls they font come at all. Business must be required or allow another to call a tow . Including cops. Not just site. Many don't pay parking tickets so cops don't like siteing. Has to be enforceable by not giving state funds if tickets.. tow don't occur . Period! All current must be verified they are legitimately disabled vs fearing someone will cry human violation act violated.. asking questions a law requires. Lol. Change color of tags on placards.. on reg plate for disabled make it a different color than regulary. Don't allow different state placards in out of state car plates. If you are in a state more than 30 days u must change a plate . Here its a joke too. Calif plate with Nevada placard that's expired. Az is really bad. No one wants our nv reg cost. Handicap for vans. Put some spots further out. I'll use it if ramp lined. I can go zoom to stores. Just don't block my van.and white lined areas are not for 8' clearance of a van ramp. I get blocked by handicapped cars. They think nothing of going in the lined space. Really bad. If I park in two normal spots kitty cornered so I won't get a car beside me. Yup pic to prove they do.. so I can lay ramp down..I'm still blocked. One lady gave me evil looks how I parked. Then I passed her in my chair. Lol

cont... burning on feet but for 3 years had it badly on spine. I feel this is a good thing. my body changed and burning I feel is part of nerves healing. I have radial drift toward thumbs.pink has no motor skills. my touch is not norm but has changed. I don't regulate temp yet I couldn't sweat for 5 years and now neck does with bowel program. trained my bladder thou told no way . left leg has changed so much. I was able to use forearm crutches and walk with therapist with feet positioned normall.
