Wheelchair accessible condominium

My wife and I have a barrier free carriage home in Southwest Florida that has just been posted for sale on Barrier Free Home website: https://www.barrierfreehome.com/accessible-property/index.php?a=2&b=1952

The Plantation at Somerset gated community has accessible sidewalks on both sides of the streets with  easy to navigate curb cuts, outdoor activities, fitness center and beautiful ponds, lakes and nature preserves. It’s  conveniently located to restaurants, shops, grocery and medical facilities. For those that like baseball, this accessible property is within 2 miles of the Boston Red Sox spring training camp.

I’m a C6 complete SCI injury and we built this unit with accessibility in mind without sacrificing the astetics and beauty of the condominium home. There are no steps and the master bath has a large roll-in shower.

We have recently moved and this property is now available. Keep in mind... average winter temperatures in Southwest Florida are mid 70°! Visit the link and contact Joe Simone for questions. His contact info is listed on the Barrier Free Home website.

If you think you can or if you think you can, either way you’re right!
