Having a sci with limited arm and hands but can walk

Do I have a diagnosis? I'm not quad or paraplegic! I can't get help through traumatic injury groups because I can walk.
c-4-5 injury since 2006 now pain is moving into arm and around wrist, unless I do nothing? What could I possibly be looking at in the future being independent? What should I not do so it doesn't get worse. My neurosurgeon and P.A. Say some things we have to live with. Now I wear a brace on my wrist to stabilize it, very uncomfortable but I am thankful I can do what I can do! I try to do more than I should most likely. I don't want to make it worse but have a hard time not doing

thanks,
jut

19 years ago I had a friend in Shriners that sounds like your story. I would call Shriners in Philadelphia 215-430-4000. Think that's there number. The guy's name was James Hustad.. If I'm remembering correctly. Ask to speak to Kim Curraning formally known as Kim Haddix. She still works there. Was are nurse. You are not asking specific about him... Obviously hippa rules. Mention his name .. Possibly they can help you out with some kind of diagnoses if there is a name.. Also refer you to Dr, specialist , rehab in your area. Good luck
