Hello
I got injured in 1st janauary 2015, Till now I have no bit of recovery, I'm complete paraplegia due to traumatic D5 brust fracture.
I am very much afraid of losing Bone Density and hence Bone Fracture in the future.
What should I do to maintain my Bone density?
Is it like if no recovery I gain in the future than Bone density will get reduce for sure even if I keep on excersing??
What should I except in the coming 10 years about recovery and Spascity??
Is it like if I keep doing excercise even than My bone Density will get reduce and I will have to meet with bone fracture ??
Please Help me, I Am very much afraid of my future, HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE CURE TO ARRIVE ??

I'm sorry, but I am not a medical doctor. But I am sure nurse Linda can answer your question. Check her out as she is quite knowledgeable.
