Mobility survey for paralysis technology prize research

Mobility survey for paralysis technology prize research

Hi there,

I'm doing some research into the mobility of people living with various forms of paralysis and their opinions on current and future mobility-enhancing assistive technology. I'd really appreciate it if you could take some time to fill out this survey, it should only take 10-15 mins and there's a chance to win some Amazon vouchers at the end: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/GW2P2H7

The research is for the Nesta Challenge Prize Centre, a UK-based organisation that develops prizes that aim to focus innovation on particular socially beneficial outcomes. We're working on a US$3-4 million global challenge prize to encourage the development of mobility technology for people with paralysis and are looking to understand the needs that are out there and how technology might be improved. The prize is aiming to launch in August 2017 and a winner will be announced at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.

The survey will contribute to developing a prize that will aim to not only create improved technology, but also raise awareness of the mobility issues faced by people with paralysis. Any input you could give would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Richard
