Sure..My name is Tiffany.. I decided to join recentLy because I need answers and suggestions..I am a T2-T3 incompLete injury..I was in a roLLover accident about 3 yrs ago trying to avoid a cow in the road..my body pushed its way out of the hardtop of my jeep and in the process  i broke my sternum, aLL of my ribs, broke my back and bruised my spine aLso I had a head injury..2 months before my accident I Lost my husband to a reaLLy bad accident..It was very hard for me to deaL with aLL of this and didnt want to taLk to anyone or even Live..it took me a whiLe before I couLd even brush my hair and sit up again..I am glad I have found peopLe here that can reLate to me..I Live in a smaLL town that is not very wheeLchair friendLy..Everthing is a HUGE chaLLenge for me..I use to be a PhysicaL therapy Assistant before my accident so I know how important it is to keep moving. I have to traveL about an hour to go to PT once a week for about 2 hours and I aLso swim once a week I am up to a miLe in an hour and a haLf..I just Live day by day and spend a Lot of time with my dog (Ursa-in my profiLe pic)..Shes my bestfriend..Im just happy to find a place where I can finaLLy get advice..Thanks
