I have to traveL about an hour to go to PT once a week for about 2 hours and I aLso swim once a week I am up to a miLe in an hour and a haLf..I just Live day by day and spend a Lot of time with my dog (Ursa-in my profiLe pic)..Shes my bestfriend..Im just happy to find a place where I can finaLLy get advice..Thanks
