looking for a group home

My 66 year old mother is a incomplete quad. Her accident was 12/04/11. Her level of injury is C4....i'm desperatly looking for a good group home, that can handle her needs, until I can bring her into our home. We live in Gilbert, AZ..... any suggestions would be very much appreciated....Thank you!!! Penny
