    Crochet
    By Diane
I am the director of a state spinal cord injury association. A family member asked me how her daughter, who is a C6 quad, can still crochet with her limited hand function. Can anyone help with this?

    Hi Diane,

I know there are some adaptive crochet needles available--they have
    built-up handles for easier grip.

Abledata, a website that contains a wide variety of adaptive devices
for activities of daily living, has a
product that can be molded to the individual's hands. The link is:

If you need anything else, please let me know. My phone number is
    (800) 539-7309 x7202. My email address is
    dlowich@christopherreeve.org.

    Sincerely,
    Donna
