What are your everyday thoughts, questions, concerns, successes, and challenges?
I did weight watchers and lost 37 lbs. I went to the gym and did cardio classes and did the upper body parts and got a rly good workout that way. Unfortunately I didn't keep up with it and ended up gaining it all back. Now I'm pregnant and I'm barely fitting in my chair. I plan to start ww again as soon as my son arrives but I have given thought to getting the lap band. It's so hard when you have to sit all the time!!'
I have found the most effective way to loose the weight and keep it off is through a program called Take Shape for Life. You can loose the weight even if you are limited in the exercise. I had a C5C6C7 injury many years ago and I believe in the program so much I not only follow it but I have become a health coach and I help guide people to health every day. I love it. My hands have paralysis in them and this has limited my career options so the program has helped me in many ways.
