Hi Gail, I got my rehab in India itself and this is the no.1 rehab center in Asia. Regarding the bladder management, we were taught how to do ICC ( intermittent clean catheterization) and also guide us how much quantity of liquids we can consume per day. Others include transfers, bowel management, self grooming, cooking, etc. Today I m able to get into the wheelchair and manage my chores including the kitchen with minimum help. If u think that I might be of some help, pls let me know. Take care Madhuri You my also contact me @ madhuri.paturi08@gmail.com
