Well, because of all of your honest and open communication about your sexuality and intimacy issues, we launched our first ever audio chat last Wednesday. It will be for others to determine whether it was successful, but it was well attended and I felt we had a good discussion. There were a couple of technical issues that I have to get more comfortable with, but even at my age I think that might be possible!

Our next one will be on Wednesday, November 7 at 4 PM. And you are the first to know that I am thinking of continuing the discussion around intimacy with a focus on all intimate relationships – our relationships with our partner, our parents, our children.
And the following month, I think we will have a chat about our relationship with ourselves – the most intimate and the most complicated of all relationships.

So we will continue our discussion here and I really hope you can join me on November 7

even though you can't join us, I would love to have your voice heard. Please tell me what you would like to say to this group about your life and your experience, not just with sex, but with intimacy. Like to know how your understanding of intimacy and sexuality has changed over these last 30 years. And would also like to know some of the mechanics – how you enjoy sex.

And I would also like to know what you would like to hear if you were joining us that day. As a matter fact, your opening comment could start the discussion off! And I am hoping that Rob Gerth will be able to find a way to have you here this.

We will be doing this once a month if it is successful. And we might do this next month or something else – we will decide together.

i'm L3-L5 SCI para... injured@age 15 ...now48 ...... no genital sensation...enjoy sex very much...have been fortunate enuf to have had many kind loving partners

but DARN IT!!
unfortunately ill be having my weightbearing right shoulder reconstructed that day... (OCT 3rD) hope u'll do it again soon
