I thought I could control pain through this system.
So I tried this like focusing on the pain spot trying to block it, another technique is to buid a brain constructed barrier above the pain beetween the pain and the brain .... and it works at least for me. With somme experience you could even massage yourself on the pain spot with your brain. You need not to be nervous in the process but instead try to calm yourself by breathing slowly for exemple.
Our Brain is the most powerfull help we have and we must experiment how to use it in order to help ourself.
Try it you will love it ..
