Hi Natalie,
We have a resource document on clothing which may provide some options to address your question. I provided the link to the document below.
Clothing and Dressing For People with Disabilities
Also, I have seen brands of athletic pants with snaps down the legs. I know Adidas makes something called a snap pant take a look may be a good option.

Hi Natalie:
Many folks wear sweatpants and go commando for easy access to cathing.

Thanks for reminding me of "snap pants". My son used to have a pair and I never thought about using them for my husband Jay. He currently wears sweatpants for easy transfers when using the slideboard and then slides them down for cathing.
Thanks again!!

Hello Natalie,
My sister is C4 thru C6 quad, after our motor accident and I went to fashion design school to design clothes for people like her, so she/they can wear their clothes alot easier, better, mostly comfortable way and still stylish too. :-)
I'm of country right now, will be back to states March 21st, I'll keep you in mind and contact you when I'm back in states, then I may can help you, design wise,,,
I know what/how all of you are going through, of course my sister, too.
GOOD LUCK to you Natalie and your husband, too.

Hi! we like the basic windbreaker/ "jogging" pants! They have a tie, and elastic waist, and we get them a size bigger so he can pull the waist out further when he needs to cath.
I am not sure about the snap pants. I think they would be okay for short periods of time, but sitting on the snaps for any length of time could lead to trouble!
