BlazeCamp, running from May 28th – June 1st 2013 is a five-day, four-night overnight summer camp that provides youth ages 8-18 with a physical disability with an opportunity to become involved in sport and recreation activities, make friends and most of all have fun. Activities on offer include: tennis, soccer, basketball, archery, kayaking, climbing, bowling, swimming and much much more! All activities are adapted for the needs of all physical disabilities. Youth eligible for camp must have a physical impairment such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, amputation, spinal cord injury, visual impairment, blindness, muscular dystrophy or other related disabilities.

Expert Qualified Staff
BlazeSports staff are certified in CPR and Advanced First Aid, risk management and also have the following certifications: certified therapeutic recreation specialist, adapted physical education and certified disability sports specialist. Our camp counselors and leaders go through a thorough interview process and training scheme.

Location
BlazeCamp takes place at the state of the art facility, Camp Dream, Warm Springs, Georgia. The camp is situated on 74 acres of wooded land, located in the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation. Facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling alley, camp fire area, track, fishing and boating lake, nature trails, outdoor pavilion and entertainment spaces. All camp facilities are designed to be fully accessible.

Register and pay before March 1st to receive our earlybird rate of $325. After March 1st the rate is $350
