Join us on Monday, December 3 at 3pm EST with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other disability related organizations, for a LIVE Twitter Chat on International Persons with Disabilities Day. The main topics to be discussed among the Reeve Foundation, the CDC, and other participants organizations will be in regards to removing barriers for people with disabilities, focusing on the need to promote an inclusive and accessible health environment.

We welcome all our followers and anyone of interest to follow along with the discussion during the one-hour Twitter chat using the hashtag #IDPDchat. We will be talking about healthy living, inclusion and Health Access, and Emergency Preparedness. Do these topics interest you? Be sure to get involved to ask questions!

Look forward to seeing you in the Twitter-sphere on December 3! Remember, it's #IDPDchat!
