THE INTOUCHABLES, based on a true story, is an irreverent, uplifting comedy about friendship, trust and human possibility and the main character in the film happens to be living with paralysis due to a spinal cord injury. Never were there two individuals who would seem to have less in common, but who, in fact, connect on a lot of levels. The film touches audiences worldwide and reminds us of the commonalities shared between all of us, no matter the circumstances.
This movie will make you laugh, make you cry, and will stay with you when you leave. As producer Harvey Weinstein put it, “You see this movie and you believe you can do anything.”
Plus if you are one of the first 5,000 people to scan and email us your ticket stub with your name and address to media@ChristopherReeve.org or mail it to 636 Morris Turnpike, Suite 3A, Short Hills, NJ 07078, we'll send you a set of our Superman Dog Tags, to remind you that Nothing is Impossible.
This is an important film for Americans to see, so I hope I can encourage you to go see it and then if you love it, like I did, tell all your friends to go and see it, too.
