I got a YouTube link from one of our friends out in Utah today. It's a wondeful Valentine's Day present! I asked Stan Clawson, who directed this music video, to do a little write up about it. He wrote:

"Personal Rockstar" is a new music video from Joel Brown, a promising new musician who released his first studio album, "In Retrospect" in 2011. "Personal Rockstar" is a love song that looks at success, relationships and the often mysterious work/life balance.

The production was shot in the Fall of 2011 and finished just in time for a Valentine's Day release.

For this music video, Joel teamed up with Stan Clawson, the director of "Continue". Both Joel and Stan have spinal cord injuries, which allowed them to draw from their personal experiences and create a very unique and honest video that depicts romance and disability in a way that's never been seen until now.

Watch the music video.

Learn more about Stan.

Happy Valentine's Day.

Rob

JLo: Lovely video! It reminds me of a Nicholas Sparks book turned into movie, just wrapped up into a very sweet music video. Certainly worth watching, have a look!
