Millions of us are guilty of being addicted to reality television. The recipe is so successful we keep seeing new reality shows pop up every day in addition to the billionth season of some old time favorites. (Heck, just this morning I read one about tattoo artists!) Undoubtedly, these shows, whether it's actually reality or not, tend to give society a good laugh if nothing else.

But here's a reality show featuring Reeve Foundation ambassador, Angela Rockwood (pictured 3rd from left,) that is way more than a good laugh. Premiering in April, the Sundance Channel will bring Push Girls to the airwaves.

From The New York Post:

The newest stars of unscripted television are four gorgeous, part-time models — who happen to be wheelchair-bound.

“Push Girls” — set to debut in April — follows the now-familiar mold of “Real Housewives” and “The Real World”: a fly-on-the-wall look at the lives, loves and personal struggles of four friends in Hollywood.

The twist is that they are all the victims of car accidents or physical ailments that left them without the use of their beautiful legs.

Much congratulations girls!

Get to know the four lovely ladies.

Janelle

Paolo: If we keep celebrating life with SCI a cure will never happen. The messagge should focus on curing SCI, not on "celebrating life with SCI". A cure is an urgent necessity! Life with SCI sucks!

Paolo: Have you seen this JLO?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7n_ayBg2AMIThey talk about making the impossible possible, going to the moon, ending AIDS etc..

But they don't even mention ending paralysis... if they would the imapact could be significant, but here they likely will have an impact in the opposit direction.
