The University of California at Irvine presents a short video on TakesNerve.com of Dr. Aileen Anderson discussing the impact of Christopher Reeve in the spinal cord field and of her own research using stem cells in spinal cord injury and repair.

In addition to having her own laboratory at UCI, Dr. Anderson is scientific director of the Reeve Foundation's animal core laboratory there, which is used by the Research Consortium to facilitate many of its research collaborations.

Have a look at the video.
