Last week I found a story about a high school drummer who is a wheelchair user hoping to take the field with the rest of his marching band. Here's a story now about Trent Glaze. Trent's a high school football captain living with muscular dysthophy in New York who under the Friday night lights scored a touchdown.

The clock was out, but both teams took the field for one last play. Glaze grabbed a handoff and wheeled himself into the end zone, as fans erupted in cheers and teammates raced to congratulate him.

“It means a lot,” Glaze told ABC. “It’s going to be in my memory for the rest of my life. I’ll never forget it.”

Read the rest and watch the video.
