This guide can be an excellent resource for anyone who has suffered a stroke. The author is a leading expert in rehabilitation exercise and offers easy to follow programs that are sure to speed up recovery. There are clear pictures of safe and effective exercises along with detailed instruction on how to perform them. Also included is a training log to keep track of progress. The programs offered can be performed at home or at the gym.
