We would like to offer you the opportunity to become a certified peer mentor with the Reeve Foundation Peer & Family Support Program. Our peer mentors help people living with paralysis and their family members/caregivers by offering them support, guidance and information.

If interested, please complete this short online application.

Please note that our peer mentor application process is hosted online, securely, at ReevePeerMentor.org, an approved extension of the Reeve Foundation family of online properties.

Our training and certification process consists of submitting the online application and attending a virtual training.

The Peer & Family Support Program has scheduled a virtual training for Tuesday, April 26th, 2016. There is a place to sign up to attend this training during the online application process.

In the virtual training format, you will be participating via a computer individually in your home or office; the requirements and set-up are simple. You only need a computer with speakers and a microphone, broad band/ high speed internet connection, a camera that can be plugged into a computer or a computer with a camera built-in.
