It's as if you were describing what happens to me when I go through security to the last detail. The only difference being that I don't have an electric leg bag opener. Everything else is dead on. The advice you gave is absolutely true. Don't get uptight, be knowledgeable, be kind. I have some horror stories of course, but aside from how long the process takes, most of the time there aren't issues.
