What does a person with a c5 level injury do if they want to drive?
I'm asking this question because are daughter is currently taking her
training of 15 hrs. and now the driver training school is saying her doctor
must guarantee she's spasm free before allowing her to drive her fully modified van that the state has paid for. Need help to solve this dilema.
