I have been in the ABLE program for about a month. I am getting more core strength and learning a lot about how to sit and stand correctly and how to push certain specific muscles. I am walking about the same but feel I will get more improvement over the next month. I definitely walk longer than I did before. I walked into the Dr's office with a walker and back to the van for a 1st.

Thanks. I continue to try but it is exhausting. I know we have to acceptthings so mostly I do. You should look at the Courage Center they have alot to offer. Not sure where you live.
